Nutrition and Alzheimer’s disease are closely linked. In fact, there are foods that can help prevent Alzheimer’s disease
- The fruits

But you also need to know which foods to set aside or eat in moderation to keep neurocognitive diseases at bay:
- Sweets
- Red meats
- Dairy products can still be eaten, but in moderation.
- Poultry and fish, whose animal fats can be replaced by olive oil
